We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be dealing with managers, directors, and CEOs of companies on a daily basis.

The successful completion of sales KPIs will unlock a rewarding opportunity to earn up to five figures monthly.
- Prospect and Identify Opportunities:

- Utilize your resourcefulness to identify potential corporate clients and individuals, exploring unconventional avenues to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build Rapport and Arrange Meetings:

- Leverage your outstanding conversation skills to contact potential clients, establish rapport, and arrange meetings, making a lasting impression that fosters strong relationships.
- Sales Consultancy:

- Act as a sales consultant, utilizing your creativity and knowledge of curated artsy gifts to advise clients on the most suitable solutions for their gifting needs.
- Develop Quotes and Proposals:

- Create customized quotes and proposals that highlight Kravve's unique cultural gifts, showcasing the value they bring to clients' gifting experiences.
- Close New Business Deals:

- Draw on your resourcefulness to coordinate requirements, negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations, successfully closing new business deals.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Nurture existing client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to increase their engagement with Kravve's offerings, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Attend Conferences and Industry Events:

- Actively participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events to network, gain insights, and leverage your resourcefulness to discover potential clients and partnerships.

- Proven Sales Track Record:

- Demonstrate a successful track record in sales and business development, achieving targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication and Conversation Skills:

- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, establishing effective conversations that build relationships with clients.
- Resourceful and Proactive:

- Showcase a resourceful and proactive mindset, finding innovative ways to identify new leads, clients, and business opportunities.
- Aggressive Sales Approach:

- Demonstrate a go-getter attitude, driven to exceed sales targets through proactive and persistent efforts.
- Comfortable with Cold Calling:

- Display confidence and ease in cold calling potential clients, harnessing your resourcefulness to generate leads.
- Sales Consultancy Experience:

- Utilize your resourcefulness to identify client needs and offer personalized solutions, serving as a sales consultant and trusted advisor.
- Relationship Building:

- Employ strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, nurturing lasting customer relationships.
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills:

- Exhibit effective presentation and negotiation skills, showcasing your resourcefulness in closing deals.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
