Ensure the purchase order prepared is according to the requirements stated in the approved purchase requisition.
- Responsible for purchase order processing.
- To verify the goods received with the requestor/storekeeper against the supplier delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition, to ensure that the order is correct prior to endorse the supplier’s delivery order.
- Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
- Manage the performance of existing supplier on delivery, quantity, price and service.
- Perform document-matching job (e.g. invoice, delivery order & purchase order) before submission to accounts department.
- Filing of purchase order, quotation and purchase requisition.
- Follow-up with supplier on NCR, vendor selection & evaluations form.
- To ensure purchasing documentations and records are as per ISO requirements.
- To do import shipment and clearance.
- General purchasing activities.
- All ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- SPM/Diploma in Bussiness or equivalent
- Negotiation skills/Microsoft office
- Female only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
