- Updating databases and using a customer system database provided.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with enquiries

- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior Management
- Sales and Marketing support
- To adhere and comply to all aftersales SOP
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate OR No working Experience
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Reporting skills, Administrative writing skills, problem solving
