Office Admin

Support bookkeeping and maintaining the filing system for the company
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office & production procedures
- Provide general support for visitors
- Submit reports, prepare proposals, presentations and monitor invoices
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, & etc
- Verified all company staff & vendors attendance record on every end of month
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
