**Job responsibilities**
- Build and deepen relationships with prospective and existing business partners & customers (Corporate and Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)).
- Actively drive new leads, business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor and manage customer experiences and address their concerns timely.
- Gather user experiences and work closely with internal stakeholders to curate suitable products and offerings.
- Guiding the SME in using the platform, assisting in collating the required documents and maintaining good relationships.
- Actively involves in sales and marketing activities for the purpose of lead generation and brand promotion.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Recognized degree preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Business, Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Basic business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Strong presentation, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Positive mindset, willingness to learn and able to work with other stakeholders.
- Driven and result-oriented and should be able to work independently.
- **Strong command in written and spoken English. Must be able to speak Mandarin**. Fluent in other languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
