**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Answering incoming calls.

3. Attend to inquiries about the Board and provide sufficient information.

4. Assist administrative assistants with clerical duties to include faxing, copying and organizing/maintaining files.

5. Receives, sorts and distribute mail.

6. Key in into the system next morning, all incoming mails received and print the list for distribution to all staff.

7. Shall report to Managers and perform all duties assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)
