Receptionist cum Administration Support - Intern

**Job responsibilities**:

- Performs daily receptionist duties such as greeting customers/ guest and answering telephones.
- Maintains and keep the display cabinet, awards, seating area, meeting room and display table are clean and tidy at all times.
- Greets and seating guest and serve drink as requested.
- Handles courier services - prepare consignment notes and organize pick up.
- Handles room booking for staffs - list down room available and booked if any requested by staff/s.
- Handle & manage office & pantry supplies and ensure have adequate stocks; restock as needed.
- Updating staff attendance record daily
- Coordinate of monthly fruit distribution to staff
- Assist other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, faxing, and scanning when needed
- Performs other related duties as and when requested by superior.
- Assist in any recruitment activities as and when requested.

**Job Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be pro-active, take initiative and willing to take responsibilities.
- Good English language proficiency.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
