**Job Title: Administrative Accountant**

**Job Scope**:The Administrative Accountant role combines administrative tasks with accounting responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes within an organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial records accurately while also handling various administrative duties.

**Financial Management**:Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Handle basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll.

**Data Entry and Analysis**:Input financial data into accounting software and databases.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
Generate financial reports for management review.

**Compliance and Regulations**:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices.

**Communication**:Collaborate with various departments to gather and exchange financial information.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous but not always required, depending on the organization's needs.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
