Our client specializes in a diverse range of business units including serviced offices in Malaysia and loyalty and membership systems for major retailers and small businesses in Australia, USA and New Zealand is looking for an Admin Assistant. The position is based at Bangsar South branch in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Descriptions:

- Customer and supplier interaction in regard to orders.
- Document management & organization of shipments.
- Data entry & general office duties.
- Reasonable level of social media literacy useful.
- Full training is provided.

Job Requirements:

- Fluency in Mandarin is desirable but not a prerequisite.
- Willing to work in Bangsar South.
- Experience: must have at least 4 years of admin or customer service experience.

Benefits: Medical insurance coverage, EPF & SOCSO.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
