- 輸入直接由客戶提供的資料。
- 建立包含大量數字且沒有錯誤的電子表格。
- 透過將資料與來源文件進行比較來驗證資料。
- 更新現有數據。
- 根據要求從資料庫或電子文件中檢索資料。
- 定期執行備份以確保資料保存。
- 輸入資料後對文書工作進行分類和整理,以確保其不會遺失。
**要求:**
- 快速打字能力;了解盲打系統者優先。
- 熟悉文字處理工具和電子表格(MS Office Word、Excel 等)。
- 辦公設備以及電腦硬體和周邊設備的工作知識。
- 對資料庫有基本的了解。
- 較強的英語口語和書面能力以及客戶服務技能。
- 非常注重細節。
