**主要責任**
- 處理全方位的人力資源與行政工作
- 依系統順序管理和維護人力資源文件和記錄
- 獨立處理全面的人力資源職能,包括但不限於招募、薪資和福利以及員工培訓和發展。
- 管理員工關係,解決員工問題,傾聽疑慮或投訴,旨在提高員工滿意度。
- 及時準備每月薪資單,包括執行資料清理、員工索賠、加班和時間表。
- 如有必要,支援與法定機構聯絡,例如 EPF、SOCSO、EIS、LHDN 和 HRDF 相關問題。
- 處理臨時任務或不時分配的任何其他相關任務。
- 管理辦公用品、供應商關係和一般管理任務。

**我們尋找的候選人需要具備以下軟技能:**
- 良好的時間管理,積極的態度。
- 成熟、有道德、態度良好、獨立、分析、解決問題、願意承擔更大的角色
- 有效的溝通技巧和人際交往能力

**要求**
- 人力資源、工商管理學士學位或同等學歷
- 熟悉當地就業法和勞資關係法
- 至少 3 年類似職位的相關經驗
- 熟悉外國工人許可證續約流程將更具優勢
- 熟悉KPI實踐者優先
- 所需語言:國語、英語、馬來語。
- 精通 Ms word、Excel 和 Power Point
