SO is responsible for the administration and overall operation of the Security Department in the protection of hotel property, guests and employees and the their properties.

To organize and plan general supervision of personnel to improve quality of policing and ensure efficiency is maintained at its highest level.

To check and cause checks to be made on the turn out, punctuality, standard of work, conduct and discipline of the Security Personnel.

To ensure proper briefing are carried out without failed.

To organize the carrying out of regular Inspections/Visits of Security Places of Duty - planned/casual/surprise as often as possible.

To update duty scheme/schedules of duties a and when necessary to conform with changing circumstances.
