**WE ARE HIRING ADMIN/ ACCOUNTING/ MARKETING INTERNS**
Location : KL Eco City (near KTM/LRT Abdullah Hukum)
Tenure : Internship with potential permanent after internship
Duration : 4 - 6months
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 9am-6pm
Allowance : RM600.00 per month
**Company overview **We are Australian manpower company based in KL Eco City. We are managing manpower & payroll outsourcing vocational training. Nature of our business are learning centres, coaching institutes providing training courses, special programmes, any other incidental/ ancillary to learning support, business process outsourcing and payroll outsourcing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle day to day administrative task and activities
- Checking and uploading of documents in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties
- Organized and Perform ad-hoc job related duties when assigned
- Improve administration efficiency
- Undertake necessary activity and perform tasks to achieve monthly KPIs
- Assist with social media activities - contributing to the development of marketing strategies and distribution of posts on various platforms. - Continuously review and provide feedback on the company recruitment sourcing, and marketing strategies such as branding, websites and suggested future enhancements.
- Actively assist with accounts and administration; working with the sales & marketing team
- Assist and support any other duties as required by management.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree.
- Final year graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Motivated and willing to learn attitude.
- Diligent and meticulous.
- Good personality and positive working attitude.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
