Admin Executive Internship

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to team members and executives.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Perform general office tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or in relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & English language.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
