**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsible for managing the membership team, developing a sales plan covering sales and revenue.
- Ensures all membership team members are properly briefed on upcoming events, and assignment of duties. Also sees to it that they are trained to be courteous and professional when dealing with clients, interaction between internal departments and members of the public.
- To ensure that good leadership qualities are provided in terms of guiding the staff being capable of independent execution of all sales responsibilities through constant on-going review of activities
- To continuously implement and improve the product with new ideas and plan to enhance customers satisfaction
- Manage and monitor and motivate membership team to ensure effective and productive performance
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Masters / Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism & Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Must have minimum 3 years in various 5-star rated international leisure industries
- A very good knowledge of modern Sales technologies applied as well as best practices within the leisure industry
- Must have a good sense of diplomatic leadership of multi-national crew serving a multi-national clientele
- Must have a very good knowledge of establishing policies and procedures, standard operating manuals, and evaluating employees performance
- Lead by example
- Possess good analytical skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess good interpersonal skill while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
- Energetic, dynamic, observant, patient, sharing, independent and proactive.
