Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SPACELABS TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. Full time

Organizing team according to the work schedule. - Coordinating teams’ journey according to the schedule assigned. - Setup crew list for every match. - Assist in sourcing and assigning crews for each team. - Create group for every team before matches and forward the details to the Technical Manager. - Reserve a transportation for crews and equipment to the venue. - Communicate with person in charge for every department for confirmation on crews. - Arrange roster for contract basis crews. - Check all invoices from contract employees and freelancers. - Set up Google Calendar according to schedule and link to the operator (TVG Operator). - Assist broadcast engineer to monitor the incoming feed from the venue and solve problems during live and recording. - Assist to process and maintain inventory records, maintain receipts, and withdrawals of inventory from the stockroom. - Assist in keeping inventory record and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. - Assist with Store Manager for admin stuff including labelling items and supplies (barcode, serial number, key in system). - Assist team and perform related work and any other additional duties that may be assigned from time to time.
