Job Title: Boutique Sales Executive

Location: Kyra Palace Sentul Point

Reports To: Boutique Manager/Director

Job Summary:
The Boutique Sales Executive is responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall appearance and ambiance of the boutique. This role requires a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the boutique.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail.

2. Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales revenue.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.

3. Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the boutique’s product range, including new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to better assist customers.

4. Merchandising and Inventory
- Ensure the boutique is well-presented, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with the display and arrangement of products to optimize sales.
- Monitor stock levels and report any inventory issues to the Boutique Manager.
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new inventory.

5. Administrative Duties
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reconciliations.

6. Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and provide seamless customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, fashion, or related fields is a plus.
- Well versed in English & Tamil
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a boutique or high-end retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for the fashion industry.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
