Position: Office Admin
Location: Singapore (Postcode 318992)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle general office matters and administrative tasks as required.
- **Support for Directors**:

- Provide administrative support to two directors, specifically in Accounts Payable.
- Assist with financial tasks using Xero software (basic knowledge required).
- **Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Oversee the sourcing and procurement process for office supplies and other necessary items.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships to secure the best deals.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, most of whom are Mandarin-speaking.
- Act as a liaison between the company and subcontractors, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to communicate with local and Chinese subcontractors.
- Basic knowledge of Xero software for handling Accounts Payable.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage office tasks efficiently.
- Ability to support high-level executives and manage their administrative needs.
- Experience or knowledge in sourcing and procurement processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: SGD 1800 to SGD 2300 (based on efficiency and performance)
Singapore Statutory Contributions will apply.

Probation: 3 months
Working Days: 5 days' work week: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9 - 6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
