**A Day in the Life
Details as per below:

- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, data
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Processing expense claims Supporting country leader and organization administrative task

**Must Have**

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar roles
- Ability to travel within the country or region, if needed
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines, with good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Good problem-solving and decision making skills Proactive and self-directed
