Contributes information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies.
- Follow up with customer with their order status and payment.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
- Assist Marketing department in e-commerce part by managing social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok shop.
- Require creating and scheduling social media postings and do live broadcasts.
- Assist in sample preparation upon customer request.
- Assist HR department in sample/goods delivery via courier service/ lalamove.
- Assist Director to generate and coordinate all sales order, ensure ordered goods have enough quantity and in good condition upon delivery.
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.

**Job Responsibility & Requirement.**
- Required to assist and join events, exhibitions and also get involved in the preparation.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.
- High level communication and networking skills.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
