**Responsibilities**:

- Support general administrative and daily office operations, ensuring smooth functionality of the workplace.
- Conduct general administrative duties, including maintaining proper filing records, managing office supplies, and overseeing office cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Attend to reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, photocopying, and managing stationery stock.
- Responsibly handle telephone inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Perform basic administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis, such as sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle and prepare HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and arranging interviews.
- Prepare monthly employee attendance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support people and organizational efforts by participating in employee engagement activities and company events.
- Undertake people and organization efforts as well as ad-hoc tasks to support the overall functioning of the office and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma.
- Preferrably 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Required skills: proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and Google.
- Language requirement: fluency in English. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
- Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (near MRT station)
- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Possess a friendly personality as well as good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
