Job Responsibilities
- Provide full support to Seniors/Managers in overseeing property management (handing over of keys, defect rectification) and customer relations.
- Maintain and update the necessary records.
- Liaise with the respective parties to ensure excellent customer service and enhanced service performance.
- To attend to residents' complaints and queries and provide assistance when needed.
- To assist in communication with contractors regarding defects in the unit.

Requirement
- Prior working experience in Customer Service (Property) is not a must but would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- A well-mannered individual that can deal with purchasers and contractors politely and respectfully.
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Proactive individual that can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
