- Attention to detail in handling project documentation and data filing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Words and Excel
- Proficient in English language is required
- Assist project dept. on shop drawing / relevant document submission and to liaise with client side on shop drawing status / project updates
- Answering office incoming calls
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to priorities tasks efficiently
- Performs a range of administrative tasks in assisting data entry / issue delivery order / purchase order / photostatting / scanning documents and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
