1. HR Strategy and Planning:
a. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the overall organizational objectives.

b. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.

c. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its future needs.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
b. Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

c. Create and manage talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
a. Develop and implement employee relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues.

b. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment & related matters.

c. Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, surveys, and communication channels.

4. Compensation and Benefits:
a. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

b. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness in compensation and benefits offerings.

5. Performance and Development:
a. Develop and implement performance management systems to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

b. Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees.

c. Identify training and development needs, and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.

6. HR Operations and Compliance:
a. Ensure HR operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

b. Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and other HR databases.

c. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
