Customer Service Executive

Requirements
- A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
- Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry.
- Can start immediately.
Responsibility
- To provide excellent service in face-to-face to build and enhance good relationship with customer. Smooth business operation and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services. Responsible in sales and service KPIs, operation support and SOP.
- Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skill.
- Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market.
- Willingness to take accountability to handle customers’ issues in a professional and courteous manner that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market.
- Possess reasonably strong analytical skills to identify causes of issues and recommend solutions.
- Able to identify sales opportunity through communication with customers.
- Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins.
- Able to persuade and close sales.
- Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plan
- Possess strong numeracy skills to make sense of numbers and calculate values very quickly.
**Benefits**:

Working operation:
- Mon-Fri (Weekend if required when needed)
Working hours
- 9am-6pm (Required night shift when needed)
