**Main duties**:
**Account Receivable (AR)**

**Daily Sales**

1.In charge of compiling documentation for accounts receivable.

2.Checking and matching the daily credit sales report and the merchant statement.

3.To ensure the daily close report and the cash envelope submitted by clinic needs match the daily cash sales totals between the Conec system) in
- house)

4. Manage communicate and resolve all outstanding issues with clinics.

5. Integrate Conec system (in house system) to Auto count accounting system.

6. Knock off daily sales and panel invoices against payment receipts.

7. Ensure the cash collected is deposited into the bank in at least once a month.

8. Managing and ensure the Bank reconciliation is up to date.

Panel sales

1. Timely processing of customer invoices, verifying discrepancies, and resolving billing issues within specific deadlines.

2. Ensure all payments are correctly recorded, reconciled, and accounted for in the accounts receivable ledger.

4. To monitor the report of customer account details for non-payments, delays, and irregularities, facilitate payment through reminders and timely communication with clients.

5. Proactively build and foster strong relationship with internal and external customers on the outstanding accounts.

6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to non-payment of invoices.

7. Prepare and send monthly statements of account and reminder letters to customers.

**Requirements**:
2. Good working knowledge of accounting software such as Auto count and Microsoft Office apps.

3. Minimum pf 1 year of experience in the related field.

4. It must be team-player-independent, meticulous and have a strong sense of honesty and responsibility.

5. Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.

6. Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

7. Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.

8. Deadline oriented.

9. Any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
