**This is a 6 months contract position to support the transformtion project.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Part of project team to support implementation of Payroll BPO in 2024.
- Manage and promote the use of articles available in OneSupport as Self Service.
- Monitor and answer ticket on global related topic (Workday, Performance, Reporting), ensure good customer experience responding to employee queries.
- Assign country specific queries to BPO assignment group.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of HR process and activities (essential)
- Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.) (advantageous)
- Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (essential)
- Experience in running HR/Payroll services within a Business Services organization (advantageous)
- Good business acumen (advantageous)
- Good understanding of and hands on experience with HR / Human Capital Management-related tools & systems (essential) as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow (advantageous).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)
- General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
