Bpo Recruitment Manager

As a BPO Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the recruitment process for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) positions within the organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet the staffing needs of the company, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to support our clients' needs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the BPO industry and its unique recruitment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data and analytics: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize the recruitment process for better outcomes.
- Ensure compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations governing recruitment practices and ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
- Lead and develop the recruitment team: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the recruitment team to foster their professional growth and development. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the BPO or outsourcing industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of the BPO industry, including key market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
- Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
