**Responsibilities**:

- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage talents of all levels. **_**:

- Partner closely with TA leaders and TA partners to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies. **_**:

- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners. **_**:

- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency. **_**:

- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence with business leaders to support business growth. **_**:

- Follow end-to-end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding preparation; etc **_

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech or internet industry will be a plus. **_**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally. **_**:

- Experience in building and executing recruiting processes is preferred but not required. **_**:

- Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself. **_**:

- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,518.64 - RM4,000.00 per month
