**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

**Salary**: RM17,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Experience**:

- Talent management: 10 years (preferred)
- BPO: 10 years (preferred)
- ATS: 10 years (preferred)

- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
