Human Resources Executive

Develop and implement performance management policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and administer performance appraisal programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Train managers and employees on performance management processes, tools, and techniques.
- Facilitate performance review meetings and provide guidance on performance feedback and goal alignment.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to address performance issues and develop appropriate interventions.
- Partner with learning and development teams to design and deliver training programs that support performance improvement and skill development.
- Conduct research on performance management trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to performance management and employee feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance-related matters, offering guidance and support as needed.
