HR and Admin Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- To assist the human resources management and administration function including payroll administration for VG Group of companies is done timely manner and accurately.
- Maintain highest level of internal and external information confidentially
- Assist to prepare/ensure accurate and timely monthly contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF & etc.
- Prepare/ensure payment on time for monthly contribution.
- Provide administrative support to our entire HR department
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials
- Oversee matters that related to foreign workers including planning, allocation, permit, accommodation, repatriation
- Assist in foreign workers permit renewal
- Assist in foreign workers medical and insurance renewal through Fomema portal
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year(s) working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office suite such as MS Word, PowerPoints & Excel
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
