2. Complete, monitor and oversee the entire payroll activities for both management and worker level employees. Establish checks and balances to ensure payroll compliance to regulatory, accuracy and timeliness.
3. Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality on employee database or sensitive information for internal and external reporting.
4. Develop, brief, and execute annual human resource initiatives, such as Employee Engagement Programs, KPI Development and Evaluation Process, Employee Satisfaction Survey and etc.
5. Provide leadership on administrative effectiveness, continuous improvement initiatives and deploy change management initiatives by creating awareness, understanding and buy-in. Identify talent issues before they impact the business.
6. Effectively evaluate, investigate and resolve routine to complex employee relations and engagement issues and provide appropriate level of coaching and counseling to resolve conflicts, positively impact turnover and retention.
8. To investigate, verify and analyze any misconduct, grievances or complaints by the employees and carry out domestic inquiry as and when required. Provide reports and prepare letters in relation to disciplinary issues.
9. Bring passion and energy to production team; coach the supervisors and leaders on leadership skills and work patterns improvement.
10. Stay on top of changes to state and federal laws that could impact the Company HR policies and processes. Interpret, recommend and effectively communicates HR practices, policies, procedures and initiatives and make best practice change recommendations for business alignment.
11. Conceptualize and promote innovative programs for Team Member recruitment, engagement, retention and development, in conjunction with corporate HR strategies and initiatives to build Local Futuristic as a preferred employer in the industry and locale. Proactively partners with the departmental managers and local Management team to develop the recruitment strategies and talent needs while ensuring alignment, decrease redundancy and achieve results.
12. Build reputable and positive employer branding with engagement with industry professionals, colleges, universities, associations and social media portals including job portals and career fairs to attract talents.
13. Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the job responsibilities and requirements in developing an effective and comprehensive job posting, technical interview assessment and behavioral questions. Conduct interview session together with the hiring manager, provide recommendations and advice.
14. Develop and revise job descriptions that reflect each position’s current requirements.
15. Identify the training needs, plan and implement the career development programs to improve workforce effectiveness and prepare for future skill requirements.
16. Verify all incentives and overtime claims against the signed consent forms and attendance reports; to verify all billings related to HR & Admin department.
17. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s resignation and data are analyzed for management review on quarterly basis.
18. Involve and provide full support in all internal and external audit processes. Adjust any practices needed to ensure compliance.
19. Involve and complete the yearly budgeting.
20. Carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.
Job specifications
- At least a Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in customer audit is added advantage.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience with relevant exposure.
- Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
- An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
- Good communication skills.
- A good team player.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
