HR & Admin Assistant

1. Manage and control registration of new workers, to prepare monthly attendance list & attendance report.
2. Monitor & renewal of insurance & road tax for company car.
3. Prepare salary report, update & monitoring corporate utilities bills, monitor & order office stationery.
4. To arrange worker to clinic or hospital, if required.
5. Assist handling administrative task & HR related matters to ensure smooth operations & employee satisfaction.
6. Performing monthly stock check for safety aider boxes.
7. To observe the KPI set by HR & Admin AM / Manager.
8. Others ad-hoc tasks that assigned.
9. Location based: Wisma Goodnite, Lot 1249, Jalan Kapar, Batu 15, 42200 Klang, Selangor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
