HR & Admin Assistant

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR / Degree in HR
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR & Admin from Manufacturing industry
- Payroll experience (Quick Pay)
**Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for 100 workers via Quick Pay
- Handle recruitment, and training arrangement
- Update employee records (registration new employee, finger print, leave records and etc)
- Monitor company car maintenance and usage
- Admin tasks (stationary, uniforms, accommodation, travelling arrangement, bank account opening, insurance, security, cleaner and etc)
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
