Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative support to company
- Perform front desk duty as first point of contact for all customers or visitors
- Receive, arrange, sort and distribute daily mail / courier deliveries
- Responsible for monitoring procurement management which includes vendor sourcing, screening, selecting, place order and etc
- Responsible for purchasing, monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, asset, uniform, asset management and administer office
- Arrange employees travel and accommodation arrangement as and when required
- Keep updated records of office expenses and inventory
- Responsible for maintenance or repairing works for office, hostel and etc as well as liaise with external service provider
- Coordination in event planning and company activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirement:
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Professional Certificate in any field of study
- Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in administration role
- Highly organized, strong time-management and ability to multitask is highly preferable
- Must be able to communicate effectively in **Mandarin**:
- Must be willing to work at Bukit Kemuning
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
