Credit Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing credit admin team to ensure all data entries are updated on time.
- Keeping track of all debt accounts to achieve KPI.
- Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Good understanding of legal processes.
- To escalate, work with the manager & sales team to resolve customer disputes & late payments.
- Able to strictly follow the company’s SOP and ISO requirements and able to communicate to all levels.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in collection department depending on qualification.
- Experience in Nivision System is an added advantage.
- Commitment and dedication to achieve KPI.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
