Job Summary

​​Responsible for operations of the Leasing Credit Control functions

Key Responsibilities

·       Monitor and ensure prompt billings and collections

·       Identify, recommend for improvement plans to ensure prompt billings and collections.

·       Ensure the day to day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements (if applicable)

·       Ensure the timeliness of issuance reminders to tenants / retailers on overdue rental payment.

·       Highlight on cases with overdue rental and recommendation (if any).

·       Identify and implement improvement to smoothen the operation procedures.

·       Ensure management of records and files of all tenants including the records in the tenancy's system is kept up to date and accurately.

·       Review and recommend improvements to the credit control system.

·       Monitor, review and analyse management reports and ensure reports are submitted accurately and timely.

·       Drive and motivate staff to understand the importance of delivering excellent and timely customer service.

·       Cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching and support to the Credit Control staff (if any).

·       Maintain company's interest and image ahead by providing excellent services to tenants, solicitors and other related parties.

·       Maintain the confidentiality of the tenants' and company's information

·       Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Qualifications and Requirements

·       Degree / Diploma in Administration / Management or minimum SPM
