Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm (12 Hours/day, 5 Day-Work Week, Work From Home)

**Responsibilities**:

- respond promptly and professionally to customer inquires via all communication channels
- ⁠provide accurate information about our products or services
- ⁠resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- ⁠work with other operation team members to ensure seamless delivery of product or services
- ⁠adhere to company policies and procedures
- ⁠meet and exceed performance targets and service level

Language: Excellent Communication and Writing Skills in English and Chinese

Requirement:

- own a computer/laptop with reliable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace
- Must be able to turn on camera via Google Meet during working hours for attendance and performance monitoring purpose.⁠
- ⁠Off Days on Saturday & Sunday, and Malaysia Public Holidays
- ⁠Strong typing skills, able to reply customer fast and on time
- ⁠Familiar with WhatsApp, Telegram, Social Media Messenger, Carousell and Google Drive
- ⁠Must be good in Mathematics as it require to prepare quotation
- ⁠Responsible, Diligent and Detail-oriented
- ⁠Previous experience in renovation industry is preferred but not required

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
