- To act as the primary point of contact for assigned functions, including managing, providing advice, and giving guidance to employees on all employee-related matters from hire to retire.
- This position includes initiating and managing manpower planning, implement standards and policies, relevant people budgeting and monitoring, performance management, people development, on-boarding program, employee engagement programs, and conduct capabilities analysis, lead annual people survey for the assigned departments.
- This position requires to connect, understand, and influence different stakeholders.
- Finally, this role requires for the incumbent to work closely with HR Central Pool team to ensure effective delivery of HR Functional matters.

About you
- Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing multi-national business.
- Have at least 5-7 years commercial experience in a manufacturing and marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment preferably in a Nutrition business or medical detailed products business.
- Experience in similar capacity in other MNC or FMCG.
- Experience as Professional Recruiter is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of manufacturing / consumer / procurement industries in particular in a fast moving consumer goods environment and multi-national set-up
- Knowledge in using Recruitment Tools.
