HR and Admin Executive

[RN] Our client is a solution provider for rubber glove industries in Malaysia and international markets.
- Record staff leave & reconcile with attendance timesheet.
- Generate staff attendance monthly report.
- Process all the employees’ claim reimbursement.
- Responsible company motor vehicle insurance renewal, company licenses & foreign permit renewal.
- Prepare all general correspondences.
- Support & maintain face scan attendance machine
- Maintain company profile.
- Manage the recruitment process in line with business needs.
- Liaise with local authorities in regards to all statutory regulations and all labor-related matter.
- Handles site workers' issues in terms of disciplinary, complaints & grievances.
- Maintain and implementation of proper policy, working procedure, and other rules and regulations.
- To coordinate on HR ISO related matters.
- Develop and review compensation and benefits strategies and packages (eg. Staff Insurance/Training)
- Prepare documents for worker wages.
- Able to work independently, multitask and work under pressure.
- Organizing, updating and maintaining proper records, files and databases of the Company’s records.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Human Resources and general administrative duties as and when required.
**Requirement**
- Preferable at least 2-3 year(s) of working experience and handling 50-100 staff in the companies
- Self-motivated, meticulous, good working attitude, high degree of responsibilities and able to work independently.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Normal Working Hours (8:30am - 5:30pm), Able to work Alternate Saturday (Half Day) (8:30am - 1:00pm)
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
