**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for Lean Transformation Plan in assigned business/Functions, driving the required cultural change in association with Senior leadership. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches and methodology. Has the ability to document the current and future plan for the future Value Stream Map and driving the transformation in the frame of Policy Deployment (aka Hoshin Kanri).

The job covers a global network working across different organizations and time zones to achieve the intended business case for a given project

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 3P Events, optimize shop layout before new repair Industrialization to reduce TAT, Quality and Cost
- Work with multiple stakeholders to optimize the GEESM shop layout to support future Repair NPI Growth.
- Critical project management skills and work with multiple stakeholders and ensure closures on time
- Lean manufacturing expertise or lean foundational skills (value stream mapping, standard work, 3P)
- Overcome obstacles which are impeding continuous material flow
- Partner with NPI team in the Lean transformation journey
- Drive & foster a Continuous improvement culture, where the whole team owns transformation plan
- Lead complex & inter-functional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Lean strategy for process improvement
- Ability to document current and plan for future Value Stream Map, presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders
- Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
- Facilitate, train, and coach Repair NPI Team members in the use of Lean tool

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering
- Preferable with Green Belt/Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
- Skilled: Knowledge in Lean
- 6 sigma principles and tools (DMAIC, value stream mapping, 3P, Flow, root cause analysis)
- 6 years of working experience in manufacturing process & managing projects. Capable to demonstrate impact from successful projects.
- Deep understanding of Advanced Manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with proven data visualization skills (scorecards & metrics development)
- Effective complex problem identification and solution implementation skills
