Overview:
THE ROLE:
The Manager, Human Resource Services GBS is responsible to lead, manage and support the further set up of the established Human Resource Services Centre in GBS APAC.

The Manager, Human Resource Services GBS will be tasked with the further preparation and change management of expansion of Operational HR tasks migration, creating best-in-class HR transactional services & support the business’s HR needs for the future within the APAC region. This journey to a Self Service and HR Services culture has just started and will impact all employees and managers in Herbalife. This culture swift requires a lot of change management and transformation and will be a constant and important factor in the first 12-18 months of the role.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the GBS HR Services team within the APAC regions, initially consisting of 6 members with potential for expansion as the team scales. This leadership position holds the responsibility of overseeing the migration and standardization of administrative and operational HR processes regionally and ensuring the GBS HR Services team perform the scope of work efficiently.

Key to this role is the close collaboration with regional and local HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) across APAC. By actively engaging with these stakeholders, the Manager, Human Resource Services will ensure seamless support to HRBPs in their strategic initiatives. Moreover, this interaction will foster a unified approach to HR service delivery, harmonizing practices across different geographical locations while accommodating local nuances.

With a keen focus on customer service, the Manager will establish and maintain a high level of responsiveness delivering a positive employee experience, ensuring process and service excellence and driving continuous improvement. This will involve coordinating the initial implementation and operational workflows of various HR administrative practices and procedures. Processes such as Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel Records Maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics will fall under the Manager's purview.

In addition to direct service delivery, the Manager, Human Resource Services will actively participate in the global project, where various functions are being transitioned to the new HR model. By leveraging insights from data management, reporting, and analytics, the Manager will contribute to the project's success by offering informed recommendations.

Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function’s business needs for the country/region with global standardization.

Human Resource Services:

- Responsible for managing and providing HR transactional services & support across APAC, including but not limited to Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics.
- Ensure that all HR transactional processes, policies and procedures are carried out properly, legally per country’s legislation, and effectively as well as preparing and coordinating HR & related reports and files across APAC.
- Collaborates with HR COEs / SMEs (compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS, learning and development, global mobility and payroll) regarding HR programs and services.
- Manage performance through service partnership agreements, metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) covering all HR transactional processes end-to-end to continuous process improvement goals. Establish performance and customer satisfaction metrics (KPIs). Create dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure standardized HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent manner, monitoring escalations and identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements within agreed timelines.

Communication:

- Build great relationships with employees, managers, and director as well as HR Business partners in APAC, in change by patience and pro-active regular and frequent communications and with excellent customer service, providing requested information, explaining practices, policies & procedures and where needed influence to obtain acceptance of our practices and processes.
- Build great relationships with peers and support them and focus on win-win situations.

Innovation:

- Coordinate the implementation and ongoing maintenance and pro-actively supports in the development of in-scope processes.
