**1) Customer Services Representative**
- Assist clients worldwide through a live support
maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
- Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
- Handle of Back-office queries
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
- Report to management
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
- Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
- Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
- Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
**2) Customer Solution Representative**
- Provide Professional services to customers throughout clients life Journey
- Identify and upsell potential client to relationship management team, and ensure smooth transition
- Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
- Providing all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client
**Requirement**:
- Fluent in speaking and written English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage
- Good command of communication skills required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of Financial Market will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage

客戶服務人員
1、接听各品牌技能话务,能够按照知识库及时准确回答客户,为客户提供标准服务。
2、快速掌握公司的新政策、新业务,在服务过程中,积极主动推介公司的新产品,促使客户产生
使用公司产品的意愿。
3、受理客户申请的业务、客户投诉电话并准确记录投诉内容,及将需其他岗位协助受理的业务生 成电子工单并转送到后台组。
5、对于资料库内没有的问题或资料,记录问题内容,上交值班经理助理转送业务组。 及时准确收集移动业务信息,努力学习移动业务知识,协助收集客户需求信息,对服务工作提出 改进意见。
6、使用多渠道方式(电话、实时聊天、邮件等)与客户进行沟通,达到服务或销售目的。
7、做好用户的咨询与投诉处理,做好用户的障碍申告与派单,总结反馈用户的建议与意见。 9、与各部门保持良好的联系沟通。
電話銷售人員
1、快速掌握公司的新政策、新业务,在服务过程中,积极主动推介公司的新产品,促使客户产生 使用公司产品的意愿。
2、识别潜在客户,确保过程顺利过渡至有客户关係组
3、使用邮件, 电话, 与企业微信与客户进行沟通,协助客户登记、出入金、交易等问题。 4、提供相关资料以协助客户登记帐户。
5、与各部门保持良好的联系沟通。
任職要求
1. 大专及以上学历,男女不限,有客戶服務, 銷售經驗者優先
2. 熟練使用 Microsoft Work / Excel 等相關軟件
3. 流利的中文/英文溝通能力
