Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**A. Developing New Business**
- Taking personal ownership and supporting the team to identify and develop new and existing business
- Developing and implementing a planned strategy for winning new business in the assigned location
- Establish client contact plan for all short and long term business opportunities
- Directing the sales activity in branches and leading sales activities to support branches in winning new business
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities
**B. Retaining and Developing Existing Business**
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure full business potential is realized and build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of service to clients to reduce vulnerability to competitor activity. This should be carried out through Quarterly Reviews with client
- Ensuring the Company best practice is adhered to at all times and that all work is conducted in accordance with Company’s values and standards
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships, to promote awareness and profitable business relationship
**C. Financial Management**
- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts
- Development and implementation of location sales plans and strategies
- Regular review and report on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends
- Communicating, monitoring and complying with policies on pricing, margins, pay/bill increases to reflect core business strategy
- Monitoring staff levels/costs to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity levels
- Monitoring and action appropriate cost control to meet budgetary commitments
- Interpreting effectively financial information available to produce accurate forecasts an targets
- Using appropriate motivation and incentives to achieve/exceed business goals and enhance team work
- Establish and meet sales targets each month, and quarter based on KPI requirements D. Marketing and Networking Activity - Attending business community meetings/functions
- Instigating and supporting marketing campaigns to promote RF within the community
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
