**This role is based in Penang** and you will report to the Finance Director.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for daily booking checking, accounting, analysis and reporting, including AR,
AP, GL, cash, tax, cost and other regular reports.
2. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual account handling and closing efficiently with
high quality and reports timely and accurately
3. Responsible for daily, monthly, yearly tax related activities
4. Other ad hoc finance related activities, adhering to financial regulations and legislation.
5. Safe guide the business, work with team to ensure compliance.
6. Responsible of yearly budgeting and monthly/quarterly rolling forecast, yearly budget
and analysis by liaising with internal stakeholders.
7. Responsible for annual audit and tax compliances of the company and liaise with
external auditors/tax agents/local authorities.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 5 years’ related experience in a multi-national company.
2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business related.
**3. Solid proficiency in Microsoft office, ERP, and other financial planning software.**
**4. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949**.
5. Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
6. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
7. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
**8. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations**
