**What I will be doing**:
1. Leading overall Search Operations team for KL site, responsible for overall project delivery & execution for all key pillars which includes R&T, Model Data, Evaluation & Investigation and E-Commerce.
2. Responsible to drive policy, process & strategy localization, continuously drive in house & BPO quality management, providing data analysis & insights along with policy recommendations to ensure productivity, quality & efficiency goals can be met.
3. Lead and manage resources in the team to accomplish operations and business goals by completing tasks as needed and maintaining the well-being of the team.
4. Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as central team, product, research & development teams to drive overall business/project performance.

**Qualifications**:
**What I should bring with me**:
1. Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
2. Proficient in English as you will be communicating with multiple stakeholders.
3. Experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives in the team, including post-implementation monitoring.
4. Experience in RCA and project management is highly preferred.
5. Pay strong attention to details and the ability to work independently; possess good interpersonal skills;
6. Your ability to work in a high pace environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role and manage diverse stakeholders.
7. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
