About the Role

Manage the Group IT Purchase and Billing process for entity in MY. This includes closely monitoring of IT spend against budget for each function on PR/PO raised.

To provide clarity on PR/PO raised and goods received for billing to BU for better cashflow and recovery for Group Technology.
- PR/PO_
- _ Raising of PR/POs for IT and non-IT purchase in ITM_
- _ Work with relevant collaborators for complete information to raise PR/PO_
- _ Collaborate with vendors in timely manner for PO issued and follow up on invoicing against PO raised_
- _ Perform invoice reconciliation where necessary_
- _ Lead an effective communication with BU for direct billing_
- _ Work proactively with relevant collaborators to perform goods receipt in a timely manner on Ariba for services/work completed_
- _ Ensure PR/PO raised is spent against the approved budget_
- _ Perform accrual during year end on services/goods completed in the year_
- _ Provide PR/PO reporting as needed_
- Process Improvement & Governance_
- _ Identify any PR/PO gaps and improve current practice_
- _ Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements_
