**工作總結:**

我們正在尋找一位積極主動、以結果為導向、專注於現代貿易的大客戶經理。理想的候選人將擁有成功管理大客戶的良好記錄,特別是在大賣場、超級市場和便利商店。該職位要求候選人至少具有 2-3 年相關經驗,能夠獨立工作,與主要利益相關者建立牢固的關係,並推動現代貿易領域的銷售成長。

**職責:**

**1. 大客戶管理:**
- 與現代貿易領域的主要客戶(包括大賣場、超級市場和便利商店)建立並維持牢固的關係。
- 執行策略客戶計劃以實現銷售目標並最大化收入機會。
- 在指定的客戶中識別並尋求新的商機。

**2. 銷售與創造收入:**
- 透過有效的規劃、談判和執行銷售策略,實現並超越銷售目標。
- 與關鍵客戶進行定期業務審查,以確定需要成長和改進的領域。
- 與跨職能團隊合作,確保及時向關鍵客戶交付產品和服務。

**3、市場分析與研究:**
- 隨時了解現代貿易領域的市場趨勢、競爭對手活動和產業發展。
- 定期進行市場研究,以確定大賣場、超市和便利商店領域的新機會和挑戰。

**4. 獨立性與主動性:**
- 展現獨立工作和主動管理日常活動的能力。
- 主動識別需要改進的領域並實施解決方案,以提高整體客戶績效。

**5. 卓越的客戶服務:**
- 透過處理詢問、解決問題以及為關鍵客戶提供及時支持,確保卓越的客戶滿意度。
- 作為重要客戶的主要聯絡人,培養積極的協作關係。

**資格和技能:**
- 至少 2-3 年大客戶管理經驗,特別是在現代貿易領域。
- 對大賣場、超級市場和便利商店營運有深入的了解。
- 優秀的溝通和談判能力。
- 能夠獨立工作並承擔帳戶管理職責。
- 以結果為導向,具有滿足和超越銷售目標的良好記錄。
- 採用以客戶為中心的方法主動解決問題。
