**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Key Account Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Modern Trade sector, including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Stores.
- Execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.

**2. Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to key accounts.

**3. Market Analysis and Research**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Modern Trade segment.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in the hypermarket, supermarket, and convenience store space.

**4. Independence and Initiative**:

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively manage day-to-day activities.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall account performance.

**5. Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support to key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in key account management, specifically within the Modern Trade sector.
- Strong understanding of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Convenience Store operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of account management responsibilities.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
